Our Employee Resource Groups
Áõ«hÊ״δóÕ½ºÚÈËemployees run the gamut across many diverse ethnicities, genders, generations and other affinities that are often engaged with ERGs. These groups play a pivotal role in supporting the careers of all employees at Moog. Áõ«hÊ״δóÕ½ºÚÈËERGs are company-sponsored groups that are led by employees who come together based on shared characteristics or life experiences. Our ERGs are open and welcoming to everyone and we look forward to the creation of more as we progress on our journey.

Black Employee Support Team (US)
Mission: Our mission is to champion Moog's brand and visibility by creating networks within Áõ«hÊ״δóÕ½ºÚÈËand establishing relationships within the black communities in the skilled and professional, academic, local,Ìýand business sectors.
Vision: Áõ«hÊ״δóÕ½ºÚÈËwill be recognized for having a diverse environment that helps Recruitment, provides Opportunity,ÌýAdvancement, and helps Retention, of black employees. In other words, help black employees R.O.A.R.
Women & Allies at Áõ«hÊ״δóÕ½ºÚÈË(US)
Mission: Our mission is to create connections, development, opportunities, growth, and a meaningful network for the women of Áõ«hÊ״δóÕ½ºÚÈËand their allies, based in the United States. We will achieve this by creating an environment where members are encouraged and comfortable to share experiences without judgement and empower one another.ÌýÌýWe aim to strengthen Áõ«hÊ״δóÕ½ºÚÈËby infusing diverse perspectives, experiences, and collaboration.
Vision: Our vision is to promote an open and transparent culture for women and their allies.ÌýÌýWe strive to empower our members to be their authentic self at work and throughout their chosen careers.
Women’s Resource & Equity Network (UK)
Mission: Our mission is to champion Moog's brand and visibility by creating networks within Áõ«hÊ״δóÕ½ºÚÈËand establishing relationships within the black communities in the skilled and professional, academic, local, and business sectors.
Vision: All employees regardless of gender will have the opportunity to reach their full potential through the equitable distribution of leadership, influence, and resources.
Áõ«hÊ״δóÕ½ºÚÈËVeterans Organization
Mission: Our mission is to bring together Áõ«hÊ״δóÕ½ºÚÈËemployees who are current and former military servicemembers and their allies. We provide a support network to guide each other through the unique challenges we face as well as helping leverage our unique set of skills within the workplace.
Vision: Our vision is to help build a future at Áõ«hÊ״δóÕ½ºÚÈËthat is more diverse and inclusive for all employees while specifically advocating for active and veteran military employees, and the greater veteran community.
Pride @ Moog
Mission: Our mission is to create space for people to be their authentic selves at work and promote an environment of respect. We will accomplish this goal by empowering employees, fostering community and providing opportunities to teach and learn about LGBTQ+ issues, ideas, and stories – while having fun along the way.ÌýÌý
Vision: Our vision is to build a future at Áõ«hÊ״δóÕ½ºÚÈËwhich is inclusive, specifically with respect members of the LGBTQ+ community. We are all in this together.
